got a manicure done and it was a great experience! they were super chill and nice and after a long day just what I needed. my nails look fantastic. The girl who did my nails was the sweetest, will definitely be back.

My mom usually comes here for eyebrow threading, and suggested I visit too. As i went, first time the girl was very rude and rough. Second time, I asked for a haircut and my eyebrows done. I asked for a trim, left with half of my hair chopped off. During the entire haircut, she was very rude and kept saying all of my hair was damaged, even though the other worker said i had one of the healthiest hair she had seen. For my eyebrows, i left having a cut. Terrible experience. Not coming back.

I first booked Nav for makeup back in 2012 or 2013, and she did a great job on me. Later, I also booked her for my daughter’s prom, and again, she performed very well. However, my experience changed in recent years. In 2022, I tried to contact Nav several times for my niece’s wedding in July 2023, but she didn’t return my calls. My daughter had to text her to be recognized, yet Nav continued to delay responding and essentially ghosted us. I’ve worked with Nav before — she did my prom makeup and did a great job, which is why I trusted her again for my cousin’s wedding in 2023. I contacted her a year in advance to book makeup for three people. Nav said she’d send a confirmation email, but never did. When I followed up months later, she had the details wrong and then stopped responding.
