Jim is the man! Was able to troubleshoot and fix my issue over the phone
Jim called me back, narrowed down the problem with my garage door opener by having me run a few tests over the phone. It was an almost 20-yr old garage door opener. He showed up on time next day with his crew and installed a new opener in an hour. I found Jim very knowledgeable and honest person and I would use his help again.
