She is so kind, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable during every visit. What I love most is that she treats you like family and creates such a welcoming experience.
I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at this place. I originally came in for laser hair removal and ended up with burns that turned into long lasting pigmentation and scarring on my face and neck. It has now been over five months, and the damage has still not resolved. What’s most concerning is the lack of responsibility and communication.
