I love it when I can get an appointment with Malissa. She truly listens to what I have going on and is quick to offer solutions so I can feel better soon. She is familiar with my history as I have seen her multiple times over the past several years. She is always my first request when trying to get into seeing the doctor. I never feel rushed and feel like I can discuss any medical issues with her without being judged. She is simply great!

I would leave zero stars if possible. This is the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I saw Malissa Paxton (PA) as a new patient. She immediately walked in the room asking why I left my last doctors office, questioning the vitamins I was taking, and started talking about my stomach & GERD issues and how they were all in my head. Still not healthy

I’ve seen her multiple times and have the same experience across each appointment; she wants you out ASAP and she will interrupt you and not listen to you. She might be nice and fantastic if you have a quick fix or want a bandaid but she’s not the right person if you have anything you need her to listen or look into in-depth especially if you have a complicated file.
