I wish I had read these reviews before having Paxton do my retaining wall. First off he lied every time he said he would be out in the morning. He wouldn't show up until after lunch and a lot times after 2:00pm. So the job took much longer than he said. Then he said he would show up on Saturdays to work and never did. Now the bad part. He just finished my wall last week and after the rain a few days ago it is leaking in a few spots from under the base. A retaining wall that leaks is one that will fail. THE WORST EVER!!!! I had them redo and extend a retaining wall for us a couple of years ago. At first the wall was wonderful, but after the summer rains came, down came the wall. They came out and tried to fix it and repair their screw-ups, but nothing they did worked. Every time we called they said they would come out and fix it. They never showed back up, $5000 later and I still have no wall. It's a complete disaster. Now I am looking to have to tear down the entire wall because of their lack of workman ship.
