Mo and Michael were awesome, professional and so respectful. We found an issue with the sink and plumbing but they were able to put their heads together and came up with an Improvision that worked great! Saved me a ton of plumbing money. Definitely would recommend this company again. From beginning to end, it was a great experience
This company is who you want to install your new countertops. They are a family company and it shows in their attention to details. Their selection being so great almost made it hard for me to pick! From the first encounter with the “grandpa” owner who came out and measured. To the “grandkids” who did the install, the process was seamless.
Just finished the install on my new granite countertops. They are more beautiful than I'd hope for. My installers Michael and Mo were amazing and kind, were thorough and professional from start to finish. I will definitely refer people to use Paxton's for anything. It was a great experience. From Bianca in sales to installation by Michael and Mo, and Harmony in the fabrication building. Everyone was very helpful.
We just had our Paxton countertop installed. Starting with John our sales consultant, Harmony the scheduler and now Trenton and Gavin, who just installed the top, the entire process was easy. They all did a great job and were very professional. Trenton and Gavin described what they were planning to do, finished the work in a reasonable time, and after the installation was complete, they gave us a full primer on caring for our new countertop. It was a really good experience and would choose Paxton again.
I would recommend this team to anyone that ever wanted new countertops. When I walked into the showroom, Bianca was there to assist, not pressure into buying something you didn’t want. They are all very polite, and engaging, and very knowledgeable. Michael and Moe installed the countertops. They were very professional very respectful of my home and also very knowledgeable.
