I can't say enough great things about these townhomes! From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The homes themselves are spotless and beautifully maintained, and the entire community is clean, peaceful, and very well-kept. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Paxton Townhomes has been my greatest living experience. Of course the homes look incredible and the property is always well-kept, but it’s the staff that really sets it apart. As a parent of a Pepperdine student, I cannot begin to express how wonderful Paxton Place is! Paxton was "home" for my daughter and 3 friends for 2 years. It was the perfect place for her to transition into adulthood while completing her last 2 years of college. All of the girls were sad to leave. I was a tenant at Paxton Calabasas for a year and it was nothing but joy the entire time I was there ! The homes are beautiful ! With the nicest appliances I’ve ever used, a beautiful property, and the kindest management I’ve ever experienced, I can not recommend living here more ! Holly and Valerie are so helpful and kind, really emphasizing and turning these townhomes into home !
