We recently relocated our family from across the country, and have had a wonderful experience at Paxton Calabasas! The Property Manager, Holly, is incredibly responsive and helpful. She made what could have been a difficult transition very seamless. She communicates professionally and warmly, and our family is so thankful to be here.
I moved into Paxton right after my house burned down in a wildfire. It was the kindness and compassion of the Paxton staff that helped me get through a difficult year. It was such a comfort to know that whatever i needed - a lightbulb or a filter changed or help carrying something, or a tv installed - there was always someone there to help. I can't say enough great things about these townhomes! From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The homes themselves are spotless and beautifully maintained, and the entire community is clean, peaceful, and very well-kept. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff.
