I was a tenant at Paxton Calabasas for a year and it was nothing but joy the entire time I was there ! The homes are beautiful ! With the nicest appliances I’ve ever used, a beautiful property, and the kindest management I’ve ever experienced, I can not recommend living here more ! Holly and Valerie are so helpful and kind, really emphasizing and turning these townhomes into home !
Holly, Valerie, and Gilberto, along with the rest of the staff, are amazing. They truly make you feel welcomed and are there to help in any situation. My friends and I lived at Paxton for two years while in college. They hosted study session times for us in the clubhouse during finals week, offered us snacks and other fun events for residents. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
The management team at Paxton is absolutely amazing. Holly, Valerie, and Gilberto took such wonderful care of us during our two year stay there. They can be described as efficient, communicative, and friendly. Any issue, while few, was immediately resolved without a delay in communication. I will miss Paxton dearly!
Amazing amenities! Lived there for 2 years and had very few issues. Property manager and workers are very helpful and communicative.
I cannot express how amazing living at Paxton has been and the experience me and my roommates have had. The property is very beautiful with great landscaping and amenities (pool/spa, gym, clubhouse, garages, night security). The interior of the townhomes are modern and looked brand new when we moved in.
