I recently had a consultation which was great. I requested dates for additional sessions.they sent me some dates. I didn’t reply to this email as it went to my jun mail. When I saw it I didn’t confirm attendance with any of the proposed times. Unethical and dishonest. They write 'letters of support' based on false information and only listen to one side of the story. They breach confidentiality and then pretend it didn't happen. No integrity at all and they don't even have a formal complaints policy
