I am fairly new to this business’ services but I can attest to the fact that the groomers here know how to do their job. The first time I took my dog here, they informed me of a possible ear infection. For that I thank them a million times. The problem I had here was with the owner’s husband. One of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a business. I came into the shop out of the pouring rain. The minute I stepped over the threshold the owner began shouting at me. My sweet dog was on a leash but with the torrential rain, I accidentally let him greet the owner. I pulled my dog away from the owner and sat down holding my dog close.
