The tone of the conversation felt frustrated from the beginning, though I remained polite and gave the benefit of the doubt. After ending the call respectfully, a voicemail was recorded through my phone’s call-screening feature in which the caller said, “this is so annoying,” which unfortunately confirmed my initial impression. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with residents seeking assistance.
