I called the Water Supply Board of Pawtucket about a possible water meter discrepancy, hoping for guidance. The tone of the conversation felt frustrated from the beginning, though I remained polite and gave the benefit of the doubt. After ending the call respectfully, a voicemail was recorded through my phone’s call-screening feature in which the caller said, “this is so annoying,” which unfortunately confirmed my initial impression. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with residents seeking assistance.

After fifteen years of reliable and affordable service, my water meter started leaking yesterday. PWSB fixed it for free the day after I called. The workers were responsive, safe, and efficient, and didn't leave a trace of their work besides a fresh new meter. Great job! Also, I saw a bunch of old posts about water quality... they came and re-piped my whole neighborhood a few years ago and the water has been great ever since. I drink it right from the tap every day.
