I was treated with rudeness and condescension by a woman in their loan department when I called to pay off the remaining balance of my car loan. I wish I could remember her name, but I would be shocked if I am the only person who has complained about her attitude and lack of customer service skills. I am happy to now be a former customer of PCU.

I have an auto loan with them. I've never seen a creditor send a 5 day late notice (ever), not to mention the fact that the letter was dated and sent out when my payment was only 2 days late?? So how does that make sense? They also call 3 times when you are late even a week or so? Too aggressive-and by the way -I'm only late this one time!

This by far is the worst credit union I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. When you offer solutions to only people you personally like and run others through the wringer when they are in the same boat, that's we call discrimination and bad business. To have someone ok something and then another person calls back 20 minutes later and say no you can't have that deal because I said so. Go thump your chest with someone else.
