This is a wonderful Vet practice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend PawSteps.
In my opinion, overpriced and not focused personal & individual attention. Seems to wants to oversell you more than focus on what’s best for your pet. Front desk was hard to work with. I went once years ago and that was enough for me.
Found an excellent veterinary doctor for my cat's complex needs. Dr. Bemis. Veterinary assistants are real nice also and take great care of my cats The front desk ladies are always friendly and professional.
They were wonderful with my 17 year old cat noodles , She was quickly diagnosed and was treated wonderfully ❤️❤️
Updated: since you have responded 2-years later, I too shall provide an update. My 1-star review was narrowly based on the attitude and actions of your veterinarian; having a lawyer* come after me for a very specific, well deserved 1-star review mentioning her by name. Maybe she's still there, maybe not. Either way we have been very happy with VCA in Uxbridge ever since. * I made it clear to the lawyer at that time that any further contact would result in my publishing all associated documentation.
