Honestly, I drove 40 minutes to check out this store because it came up when I searched for raw pet food near me. Not only did they not have any raw food, but when I walked in, no one offered to help. The staff were talking amongst themselves and completely ignored me. There wasn’t really anything unique compared to other stores — the shelves were sparsely stocked, and the prices were noticeably higher.
This is a great store, convenient location, easy to park and a good selection of stuff for your pets.
Friendly and helpful staff. I found so many goodies to take home to my fur babies. They gave me a few extra goodies as appreciation as a new customer and someone who traveled from the west coast and found them on google. When I visit Norfolk again I will be back! And I’ll recommend to all my friends.
Love this place. The best pet shop I’ve been to!!
The sales representative was such a sweet young lady very nice and polite she also help me pick out the best food and treats for my dog thank you so much for all your help
