Customer service (a person, not a bot) reached out promptly to me due to snafu with shipping. They explained situation and asked what I wanted to do. They actually offered me choices! How refreshing! I will be a regular customer moving forward.
Best pet food store I've ever been to. They don't have a warehouse of product but the products they do stock are great. Our kitten was able to sample a bunch of different foods to see what she liked. That was cool and sweet of them to offer. The staff are friendly, helpful, and feel genuine. Thanks ya'll!
Honestly, I drove 40 minutes to check out this store because it came up when I searched for raw pet food near me. Not only did they not have any raw food, but when I walked in, no one offered to help. The staff were talking amongst themselves and completely ignored me. There wasn’t really anything unique compared to other stores — the shelves were sparsely stocked, and the prices were noticeably higher.
