Wonderful experience here with my dog yesterday. Thank you so much! No one wants to suddenly have to go to urgent care but I was able to call on my way and my dog was thankfully seen immediately. I left with the medication she needs to get better and more knowledge about dog eye issues than I had before. I obviously hope to never need their services again but it's a great option I'm glad to have.
Needed compassionate care in a pinch for our cat. They were so professional and kind during a hard time. Highly recommend.
The staff are super nice and friendly. The vet is knowledgeable and understanding, but I have one complaint. This issue is partially my fault, if I noticed it during the visit there wouldn’t have been any problem. The cone (e-collar) I own is broken and I wasn’t planing to get it at this facility since it’s a bit pricey, but the vet said they didn’t want my dog to not wear a cone which is understandable, so I bought the cone they carried. We brought our cat there because our regular vet was closed, but we are so glad we did. They took her quickly in to help assess her and explain everything they could. We lost her following two days of emergency care at another hospital, and are devastated, but Dr. Kaluba was wonderful. It was very sudden for us and an unusual situation, so bringing her there and how they whisked her away to treat her was so kind. Thank you.
Very good experiences with this very convenient, very responsive, very professional and supportive practice. Provided stellar care for our elderly dog when she needed extensive care for an infected dog bite, and also when she had a [very odd] UTI. It’s a relief to have this knowledgeable, friendly practice available to us.
