I wanted to thank the Paw sensitive team for taking fabulous care of my pug Pearl. When we arrived to Pearl’s appt. for surgery, she was so excited to see her team. The tech even came out to bring Pearl into her appt. The team treats her as she is their favorite patient. Pearl loves going to the vet and doesn’t even mind them cutting her nails, that’s huge for a pug! ,phoenix needed to be fixed, we set up the appt on april 5th the quote was for 526.00.microchip nail trim and baby teeth extraction.On the morning of his visit a, month later,on may 20th i had been in the hospital all night for my 2 hernias ,and high blood pressure 161/120 affecting my heart,and undergoing multiple test. i was discharged at 1am,and ended up sleeping in past 9am when phoenix was supposed to be prepped for surgery. they called me and told me i would be charged 100.00 for no show,even though i told them it w... read more

This was probably the most immaculate, clean, positive vet clinic I have ever been too. I brought my dog into Dr Lisa for an adjustment. (She is amazing)!! They had a welcome sign out with my dogs name on it, offered me water or coffee and water and treats for my dog. My dog is usually very anxious in the vets office, but she relaxed very quickly in this one. All the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!! Highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic!

Clean, friendly, quiet, kind caring staff who really care about the dogs. Always greeted with a " welcome" and a treat for both dogs and people.
By second visit my dog was not shaking and dragging me toward the door. Super-friendly vet and staff go the extra mile to make my dogs comfortable. They also love their waiting treats. Very comfortable and inviting environment for humans and pets!
We brought our fiesty large dog in for a nail trim. Before, our dog required Trazadone for his nail trims. The techs that helped us went above and beyond to help Trooper. Not only did they accomplish his nail trim without drugs but, they made trooper feel comfortable in the setting. They also studied his medical records to understand his personality and health traits.
