Dr Danielle Hettler and her staff are extraordinarily skilled and compassionate in their care of animals. She is very experienced and leaves no stone unturned in her research on how best to treat every disease she encounters. Dr. Hettler explains everything in great detail and follows up to see how her patients are doing. She and her staff genuinely care for their clients.
This was not my usual vet but I had scheduled a mobile visit which my dog would not last for. We called Pawsitive and they had us bring him in and we’re the kindest people to us and sweet Charlie. We were able to give him a peaceful send off and are immensely grateful. We will definitely come here with our next pet. The environment was welcoming and caring as well as very professional.
