Thank you for treating our beloved dog with such respect. I know it’s a business, but it’s obvious you care. Walking in, I knew Cosmo was going to be well taken care of. As he laid there in his bed, wrapped up in the blanket he was wearing while he died in my arms. Very Caring and Respectful for my furbaby! Truly a blessing!
Never got to use their services, because as soon as they informed me I had to figure out how to get my dog to them I decided not to use their services. I feel like that should be a service they offer, funeral homes do not tell you that you have to figure out a way to get your dead Uncle to them. I do not feel I would be so upset if they made it clear on their website that they do not transport your pets.
The process was very smooth and easy, especially since there was an agreement with the vet, so I didn't have to arrange to get my cat to Pawsitive Passage myself. I was able to arrange everything over the phone in just a few minutes, and was billed at the vet when my cat needed put down suddenly. I came back later and had his ashes in a beautiful wooden box with a brass nameplate, an information card stating the details of his cremation, and even though I had only left a voicemail message at the last minute about it, there w... read more
Friday, 2/28/14, 12:40 PM We wish to thank Patrick Kelly and Pawsitive Passage for the kindness and caring shown us when our cat, Sazi, passed away on 26 Feb 2014. Throughout the process, Patrick kept in touch with us so we'd know where Sazi was. That was very comforting because letting her go was so difficult. Losing a pet brings great sadness. Having a caring organization like Pawsitive Passage there when we needed them gave us peace of mind.
