Thought this was a vet that actually cared. Took my dog to have a procedure done today told them what I could afford. I contacted them every 20 minutes. Not once did they mention they were charging over $500 more than I agreed to. Of course when I mentioned this I’m met with attitude. Tried calling his actual vet to discuss this with her and was told she wouldn’t be speaking with me. Beyond disgusted with how they acted! Like people just have $500 more laying around! Save your time pick a different vet!
They are awful at responding. I have called multiple times to set up surgery appointments and they always say someone will call you to set something up and no one ever does. It has been a over a month since I have tried scheduling with no return call.
I can’t say enough positive things about Pawsitive care. They took excellent care of my Elmer during his final months. The whole staffing team are extremely compassionate and you can tell they truly love what they do! All of the staff at Pawsitive Care brought me immense comfort up until the very end. When I returned to pick up my Elmer’s ashes, I was greeted with a beautiful basket of flowers, sweet treats, a thoughtful card, and the cutest memoriam ornament!
