Terrible, I call by phone to make an appointment since my fish is sick. We are on July 16 and they don’t give me an appointment until September and $150 per consultation. What kind of vet is this?

I had concerns over my gravid bearded dragon potentially being egg-bound. I wanted to book an appointment, but unfortunately they were completely filled until the end of next month. However, they told me that I could call any time over the next couple of weeks to see if they had any openings to fit me in. I just did today, and they were able to take me in on very short notice! Such a wonderful, friendly, and extremely accommodating staff. Dr Stancel is so knowledgeable and kind. By far the best vet we have ever gone to! I can’t thank them enough.
Mixed feelings about the place. The technicians who pick up the phone do like to hang up and eiather block or disconnect the phone once they getting rid off clients with cats and dogs, once I addressed the issue that my original goal was to take Librella shots about each month or so and they made of course a vet visit, after my dog was new in the neighbourhood.
