Cynthia and Felicia have been wonderful! The portal makes scheduling walks easy and convenient. They send updates with pictures every time they come by to walk my dog. Cynthia always communicates with me if there are any changes with my service such as another employee needing to cover for her and asking my permission beforehand. I was so nervous to leave my two elderly kitties to go out of town for almost two weeks, but Cynthia and Phillip took the greatest care of them. I received updates and pictures of my babies twice a day which definitely put my nerves at ease. I couldn't have picked a better team. Thank you Cynthia!
We had Cynthia look after our cat while we were away. It was such a relief not to worry about her. Cynthia sent daily reports and pictures and we could tell our Kitty was very happy and well cared for. We felt comfortable having Paws to Stalls, a company that is insured and bonded over a random person from Rover. We will definitely use her in the future to help with our furry friends.
