So…first off if you’re trying to take your pet personally to Trusted Journey, DO NOT attempt to drop off at the Thomas Road address listed on Google. We tried and their retail location is just west of Ossian. That said, I spoke to Rita on the phone and she was very helpful and took the time to meet us at the office. We appreciated this effort.
I was heartbroken when my baby boy of 16 years died last week. I wanted to have him cremated and have his ashes sent to me. We got to pick from like 10 different irns(give or take a few). All which were very pretty. We decided on the cedar box. I just want to say how exceptionally happy I am with this company. They did such an amazing job making sure my baby was handled with care. Company does not hold accountability for errors. Lost my dogs ashes. Do not recommend.
Everything went well except for issues with the urn box. When I received my box, it was beautiful and shiny but they engraved the wrong date on the box. I contacted them to ask if it could be fixed and they said, yes, and it’s free of charge. I was satisfied with that. So I was asked to bring the old box back in before I could be given the new corrected box, so I gave it to them and I got the new box. When I opened the new box, it looked terrible.
