Despite sending detailed information for the international health certificate Paws Purrs & Exotics sent an incorrect health certificate to USDA to be processed. As these health certificates are done last minute I was unable to get it changed prior to our flight. As a consequence when we got to our destination the incorrect health certificate posed problems with the officials in the new country.
