Willing to pay the extra fee for house service only appointment and they called to cancel my appointment at the time my was and I said would of been nice to be notify earlier instead of wasting the day for this appointment

I voiced my opinion over the phone to a staff member about how I thought the in home appointments were just a way to get more money from their patients and I was told they can give me a list of other vets to go to in the area. I had said I have been with them for years and didn't want to do that because I liked being able to use Care Credit there for my dogs. I am extremely disappointed to hear of your new in home policy for non emergency appointments. If this was an optional service, I could get behind your claim that it reduces stress on our animals by not having to visit the vet. However, the fact that this is the only option you offer now is a poor decision on your part. Your mileage reimbursement rates of $50 for homes 5 to 10 miles away and $80 for homes 10 to 20 miles away is almost criminal. You seem to have forgotten you serve rural Minnesotans, not yourself.
