My dog was dropped off at 0900 on 6/28. I called for an update at 1pm & was told he wasn’t started but would be shortly. At 3pm, they call for me to come get my dog-they couldn’t complete the service-Owner would call with explanation. It’s Ben 5 days still no call! Totally unprofessional-would not recommend at all!!!!!! Staff just standing around with no answers!!!!

Beware! This place gave my dog an eye infection!! This was my first & will be my last time patronizing this business for multiple reasons. Upon arrival we were quoted $120 for basic grooming/teeth brushing but ended up being charged $155 due to what they said was fur matting (which was not true, my dog was groomed 1 mo prior and didn’t have much hair to begin with).
