I’ve used this dog wash for years, and the last couple times it’s really been lacking. Today, I swear there was zero shampoo or conditioner. You can feel if there is product and the hair gets somewhat sudsy or slippery… literally nothing. My dog doesn’t smell nice or feel soft like he usually does. What a waste and there is not a number or anything to contact for assistance.
Owner is awesome. Actually takes care of his spot and make sure it’s top notch unlike other car washes I’ve been too.
Don't use the pet wash. We've used it pretty regularly. Not sure what they changed, haven't cleaned, or what. My dog has rashes everywhere and has to have a vet appt. Nothing different other than it started the night we washed him there.
