This was my first time coming here and may I just say it was amazing! Dr. Gallegos and vet tech Bri were extremely patient and informative as a first time dog owner. They took the time to answer all my questions and both ladies are extremely sweet! I’m glad my Achilles is in good hands!
Paws N Hooves were very wonderful and professional my beloved Coco was unfortunately ill they were very compassionate and help her be comfortable to the end I am very grateful for them they really do love animals and their work
I love the PNH team. Everyone is so great and takes whatever time is needed to address all your questions. Those that complain about a wait aren't understanding how this mobile vet works. You go sign in and wait your turn to be called. We sign in at 8 when they open and am given how many people are in front of me and they ask if i will wait at home. DO NOT go to this place! Yesterday, (Thursday, June 24, 2025) I took my pet to get checked. They put a catheter on his little arm for an IV and they forgot to remove it when he was ready to go. Since he was bandanged up, I couldn’t tell what was going until the next day early in the morning. There was blood all over my floor throughout my house and my pet was in a lot of pain. You're way better off going elsewhere. Was quoted $375 for a urine analysis for my cat, ended up paying $680. Was not told about the drastic change in price until it was time to pay, and when questioned, I was told it was for "additional charges". What’s worse, they left the IV catheter on my baby's arm UNDER a bandage they placed. Woke up this morning to bloody floors and my cat bleeding profusely, so I took my cat to another vet and was told the vein was left open due to the catheter being left on.
