If Dr. Burkes could clone herself 3xs, I'd give a 10 if I could... my experience was chaotic due to communication issues out of her control, the staff more appropriate for preventative care/ more patient history. I lost my baby of 18yrs due to ckd, her kidneys visually declining w/ each dose of pain meds. With more appropriate help, I believe Burkes would have actually heard me. These lady's here are very professional and and sweet.
I brought my bloodhound, Azriel to Paws and Claws and cannot express how impressed I was with everyone! Dr. Burke and her vet tech were very thorough and patient with my dog and me. They got to know him before they started their evaluation which made him at ease and me, too! Dr. Burke explained all that she was doing and discussed things to do to help him. When I brought my dog Bella into be seen we were greeted by a very kind young lady,she was gentle and welcoming and sweet to my dog,which I truly appreciated.However in the exam room I became uncomfortable the room appeared to be a cat room ,with cats displayed on the walls and there was a strong odor of cat urine,I'm not sure if it was the room itself or from previous visit but it was unpleasant and concerning.While waiting for the doctor I could clearly hear the staff conversations that were very unprofessional, including ... read more
