Here is how NOT to take care of existing clients; I called there today and asked for an appointment to groom our dog. No times available for a long time existing customer until early February? Are you kidding me? You take care of existing customers and try to squeeze them in, in lieu of catering to the once a year "Snowbirds"! Sorry Paws & Claws, YOU lost a customer and will NOT recommend your services!
