I have been a client of Daisy, the owner, for over 7 years, and have been a good client to her. Every since the beginning of this year (2024), Daisy has cancelled appointments, changed appointments, or did not perform the proper services over the last 6 appointments and on the 6th time when she asked to change our appt, I said no I cannot change my dogs appointment AGAIN.
