Amber Pogorzelski has been taking care of my dogs since i moved to Lake Geneva in 2013-2014, she has always been very helpful and welcoming , she has loved our furry humans if they were her own ! The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands they carry. They also have a loyalty program, and we often receive $5 off. We shop once a month for Fromm brand dog food and other wholesome treats, including the birthday cupcakes pictured.

I went there yesterday for the first time. I had called prior to ask a few questions about birthday treats for my puppy who turns one soon! Amber was very helpful over the phone so when Yogi and I went into the store, I had the chance to meet her in person. She was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the different products they had. Yogi gets anxiety when he gets his nails cut so she recommend a product that would help. This is a unique type of pet store with healthy food and treats. It is nicely displayed and of course pet friendly. Staff is always knowledgeable and accommodating. Love going there.!!!
