Have taken three dogs for shampoo, comb out, trim claws, shave Maltese mix. Trimmed claws too short and caused bleeding. Shaved Terrier when only asked to shampoo and comb out. took 4 hours to trim one small dog. Serving two or more dogs at a time. Very unorganized and appears to be self trained instead of attending grooming school.
