Three very happy dog - one very happy dog mom! This past weekend I boarded my three large dogs at Paws Claws and Hooves. I was thrilled to find a boarding kennel that is operated by the owners, and not a bunch of kids, etc. It is very clear that their "guests" are viewed as loved pets, not just dollar signs walking through the door. Far Too Expensive I found this place to be ridiculously priced when compared to others. They are also very large and very noisy. I used them once only when I was in a pinch and my regular place was booked. I would not come back here.
Looks like I'm not the first I to reserved for 5 days and found myself paying for 6. We went on a camping trip and left our dog with Paws Claws & Hooves. When I came to pick up our dog she stated that we had booked the additional day. We discussed it and I just paid the extra day. I had asked if I could drop off 1 hour to 30 min early and was told no. At no time have I felt them going the extra customer service mile. For 233 dollars I think letting us drop off an extra 30 min early to begin our trip or backing down on the 6T... read more

When I dropped her off, Nancy was there and helped me grieve and listen to stories about Foxy, she was very, patient, provided a calming presence, caring and gentle with myself and my Foxy. When I picked up her ashes, Nancy was there to provided comfort, laughter as i talked about Foxy and her crazy pomi stunts. Pet owners beware! I am disgusted by the treatment my family received by the owners of this facility! I had 6 days reserved weeks ahead for our dog- On arrival I was charge for 7 days not 6. I questioned why and was told that that is what was reserved. My wife confirmed the exact dates that were reserved but the owners demanded we pay for the 7 days even though Brady would be there for only 6.
