Excellent, Compassionate Care I have been taking my Lhasa Apso here for 3 yrs. They are wonderful to her and to me. In fact, I just hung up the phone after a 15 min conversation with them about a behavioral problem that I have started having with my dog. Their prices are more than fair, they spend plenty of time with my dog and even take the time to cuddle with her during her exams. I also am able to pick up meds in the office quickly and without a hassle. Love these people!!
Cat Emergency We took a cat into these folks a few years ago. She had gotten into our basement from the door being left open from upstairs & ingested some mouse poison. We took her in a panic late in the evening. She was very, very sick. They quickly treated her & had to keep her for several days. They made payment arrangements & were the nicest people. Our cat was fine & received exceptional care. I would recommend these folks any day!
Oh really?.... Upon bringing in my pet for the first time to this facility, I was not impressed with this animal clinic. I was greeted by the groomer with an abrupt, "What do you want done with him?" After assuring the groomer with what I wanted done (bath/brush) two times my pet was taken in for his appointment. Makes you go hmmm.... We bought a puppy from Petland and part of hte package was a free check-up at Paws and Claws. At the free check-up the puppy was said to be just fine. The next day we decided to have all of the puppy's care done at our regular vet and took the puppy to our regular vet. The vet found that the puppy had an ear infection (not serious) but required medication.
