Gavin and the amazing team at Paws at Prospect Vet are so kind and lovely to us and our precious doggies (family members!) Nothing is too much trouble and we appreciate how they cared for us and Snips when it was the end of her days and we had to say goodbye. Highly recommend them!

My dog required an ophthalmologist which Dr Gavin does. (Please see reply from the Vet service with regards to Gavin and his services). Absolutely wonderful demeanor to me and my dog. Was so friendly and helpful with minimal fuss. The assistance at the store are also so helpful and caring. Listened to what seems like a client needing to put her animal down, the receptionist was wonderful on the phone and helped make the appointment based on what would suit the family and offered to be called later if the owner simply needed ... read more
Dr Gavin was awesome with our dog's scratched eyeball. Normally our little mate flips his lid but Dr Gavin's calm nature made him act like a totally different dog, minimal stress Thanks
