After having an appointment for almost 2 weeks, she decided to cancel the same day. Unprofessional. Also, after Elizabeth's reply to me and her lack of accountability... as well as reading many 1 star reviews and her horrible responses without a single apology..... I am excited to help people stay away from this crooked business.

RUDE HOTHEADED SWINDLER. She stole $65 from me. I called to reschedule she said she would call me back but never did, I waited over a week. I called again and canceled via phone message and email, 4 days prior to the appointment. She claimed I didn’t cancel and charged me anyway. She called me names and threatened me. She tried to shame me. She will take advantage of you and treat you poorly.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! How can someone who is willing to treat human beings with such disdain be therapeutic and loving to dogs?

I took my dog in to be groomed the other day, I wasn't sure how she'd do as she is very hyper and stubborn. Elizabeth was so in tune with her that she calmed down and was the most receptive I've ever seen her. After two hours of pampering, her coat was the best I've ever seen it, her demeanor was much better. I could tell that my dog was very happy. I have a Husky who 's going Blind and with the Private appointment's I wouldn't go any were else.It's great knowing he won't be scared by other dogs. and the owner cares about you ! and the dog too! a true Mom and Pop shop.
