We were given a cone that was too small and our dog took out his stitches. There was no apology, no discount, no acknowledgement. Restitching had to be done. VERY disappointing.

I’ve found David to be an incredibly knowledgeable vet who takes the time to clearly explain everything and discuss all available options. The aftercare following my dog’s operation was outstanding and showed true compassion. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Paws and Claws Veterinary Clinic in Mundaring and vet David Hughes. The clinic said they had experience with geese, which was the reason I chose them. During the consultation, no treatment was provided for my goose, and I was given no advice about seeking specialist options. When I suggested the goose might be egg-bound, my concerns were dismissed.
