Hello, took FOREVER to make this review. Coming from a terrible place (Peaceful Pets Aquamation, NORTHRIDGE) to Paws & Claws, was really the best decision for my girl. Deanne and her husband are really the best people to bring your babies to. THEY WILL REASSURE EVERY STEP TO YOU. It's a very tough time when going through this... especially after you had to remove your baby from a previous crematory, disaster place.. here at Paws and Claws, they're genuine people. During such a sad time. They were amazing. Brian was so kind and considerate. Extremely helpful and patient with us. Willing to pick up and handle everything for us. If the need came again for us to have to use them, we would use them again. Highly recommend their services.
Years back, I lost my toucan, Poppy. She was a lettered aracari with a wonky beak and just now I’m able to write this review. The people here really care, owned by a husband and wife, I believe I remember. They really carefully handled Poppy and talked to be about her because I was so heartbroken. She was my baby girl and did everything with me. They helped me pick an urn and even when her aquamation was done, they gave me a book for my son that he still has.
