We Love Paws and Claws. Our Boston has been a patient for almost 10 years. Dr. Birken is always so wonderful with him. The staff are always friendly and helpfully.
I cannot begin to express how AMAZING this place is! I rarely ever write reviews unless I’ve had an exceptional experience, and this was absolutely one of those times. First of all, the office itself is BEAUTIFUL. It’s clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The waiting room feels cozy and calm, which makes such a difference when you have nervous or stressed pets. However, the real reason for this review is Dr. Emily Jarvis and vet tech Sophia. Everyone was very accommodating, kind and supportive. Got us in when we needed to be seen, not at their convenience.
The staff is all very friendly and Dr Jarvis is great. I recommend if you're in the area
