About this business
We specialize in all breeds of dogs and cats. We are very experienced with both senior dogs and rescue dogs. We volunteer to groom shelter dogs that need grooming before being put up for adoption. We do it all for the love of animals. As an added feature during these winter months, we will massage pure coconut oil into your pets pads to help relieve the dryness the snow and salt has caused at no additional charge

Great Groomer – We take our precious Willy to Pawsatively when in need of a bath and they are great. Always very easy, just drop him off in the morning and he's done by noon. Seems to really enjoy being there. Thanks Pawsatively!
Great consistent grooming, very friendly – I don't usually write reviews, but the review that I saw for this groomer made me upset. I've been bringing my shih-tzu to Paws-A-Tively for almost 3 years (as long as I've had her, after trying a few places I wouldn't recommend), and the experience has always been good. The woman who works the front of the store on Saturdays is overly friendly, and always excited to see my dog. Bad Experience at Paws-A-Tively: – After a couple of referrals, I took my precious Bichon to be groomed at Paws-A-Tively. The lady would not listen to my comments or directions on how I wanted my dog cut. She said to pick up the dog in three hours. When I arrived, they had shaved her down to the skin. Mind you, this is January in Chicago and the temperature is below zero. The dog was totally traumatized and shaking. The woman charged me $58 and kept telling me it was in the best interest of the dog. She is certifiably crazy.... read more
