Does not answer their phone. Does not call you back. Gives you prescriptions to call into chewy.com they must have a deal with them. Julie has not filled my prescription and tells me they can't get through to Paws2Help by faxing or calling. My dog is suffering and it was a wasted visit.
DO NOT USE THIS VET CLINIC! They are complete liars and try to scam you out of money after you’ve already been given an estimate and waited 6 weeks for an appt for a service that your pet needs. I was told this bullshit made up fee was indicated on their website and I should know to check a website for a hidden fee?! Another scamming vet clinic who like to take advantage of people when they are in need. Had an appointment at 1.30 pm yesterday; after filling up the paperworks I wait one hour before asking how much longer it would take and after another 25 minutes I was told that a vet will see me 2.5 to 3 hours later. No apologies and they did nothing to fix the problem. My worse experience in a vet office and a very arrogant office manager

everything. Love this Vet Clinic. Yes the wait is usually long but its worth it. Dr. Wood is A1, kind, knowledgeable, and loves the animals. I have never been disappointed. I took my 7 month old golden retriever to the lake worth location for the first time (I normally take her to better, more legitimate vets and she is usually so happy and friendly and willing to go inside) since I was just trying to find somewhere that was open on a Sunday to get some simple antibiotic eye drops. Last year I took my dog to Paws2Help because he was not acting right. As it turned out he had ingested a bottle cap and required immediate surgery. The surgeon on staff that day botched the surgery in so many ways I can't relay them all here. Suffice to say that he had a second emergency surgery at Jupiter Pet ER and even their heroic effort could not save my poor dog. RecommendedWe’ve been going her a few years with our dog. We love the Dr. she’s very straightforward, no BS. And you can tell she wants what’s best for your animal. Office staff is super accommodating and very easy to work with.
So my dog left healthy and happy first and foremost. I did wait for 2 whole hours in one of the rooms after they said they would be back in ten minutes. I would encourage everyone when being prescribed medication to price check it and see if you can get it up the road for half the price. I just paid 20 dollars for a 10 dollar ointment my dog doesn't even need and they wont give me my money back. They threaten to blacklist you if you try to do anything about it.
