Last Christmas one of the cats in the community became deathly ill. PawPrints was so very compassionate during the process of having to euthanize the little guy. They let me stay with him and even cried along with me. This level of compassion is rarely seen. Thank you for being there for me and Rodeo during such a painful time.

Hi there, I just had my cat spayed at this location here in chico. I went through my shelter FUR. Despite this shelter’s terrible communication throughout this whole process, i was livid when PawPrint let someone else pick up my cat. I arrived right at 7am and was told staff would call me between 1 and 3pm. Comes around 2:30 no one has called me, i wait at the shelter for my cat to be done (around 20 min).
