My Dixon mower had some troubles, I dropped it off and got a call withing 24 hours that it was ready for pickup! They even cleaned the mower! Upon testing it, it still had an issue so I dropped it back off and they had it fixed within a couple hours (had to find parts, they tried fixing it immediately) and without any further charge. Very fairly priced and great service! I highly recommend!
I was actually warned by someone about this store and they had told me that they did not like the store at all but I gave the store a chance anyway. I can't trust this store ever again because they were very dishonest with me. I asked for a second opinion at this store of my weed trimmer. They had already told me at another store that my trimmer had no fixing and there was no charge. Local store. Very friendly and professional. Only giving 4 stars due to being a bit over priced. Bought a switch for $35 that's $11 at TSC and $15 on Amazon. However Pawpaws had it in stock no waiting for delivery like the other places. Will shop with them again if im in a hurry.
Excellent service and reasonable delivered ahead of repair time recommend to anyone needing lawnmower repairs
