Looks like they sold one of my items in September on EBAY. SO, they are not contacting anyone but they are selling what they can on EBAY? Class action lawsuit maybe?
I went to pick up my jewelry, seen there was a fire with no explanation on the door about what to do about picking up our items. I went back about 7-8 times, called the number several times wrote e-mails on their web site, no response. I know they put jewelry in the safe at night, so why haven't they let anyone know where to pick up our stuff. I know the safe can't have burned soooo why have I not been contacted about picking up my jewelry. Is this the time to call a lawyer ???
It would be nice to get ahold of everyone, and not certain people. Still waiting to hear from them. Have emailed several times, talked with the lawyer, and tried calling. Why is it so hard to let people know what's going on? It seems there has been plenty of time to get the affairs in order. Just let us know what's going on please.
I pawned my miter saw when business was slow. Then received a job and went to the pawn shop to get my saw back and a notice on the door. Then Southgate Fire department calls me about the fire. Instead of paying $30.00 to get my saw out. I know have to buy a new saw so I can make money. Josh has been replying to my emails. I had just recently had a baby and was off of work. Pawned my boyfriends PS4 to get gas money until i go back to work.. pawned 4games, 2 controllers, and the game system. Got $100. Went to go get it out and found out it was burnt down.. is there anyway to contact them to find out if its runied or if i can get my stuff? I feel like they should have reached out to their customers.
Have been e-mailing them with no response. I contacted Southgate police, they gave me a lawyers number. I phoned them, and they did someone would get ahold of me within a week. Well it's now been 6 weeks and nothing. Called the lawyer again and they said they are just passing messages. Don't make sense to me. They gave me the email again, which as I said no one will answer. Just let people know what's going on is that asking too much?
I have some items to pick up, I went upnto the store topat for them and found out it caught fire and no one contacted me to let me know what happened. I found out when I went upntonthe store and saw an arson sign on the door and a smaller sign for contact info. My friends who owns the gun store a few doors downtold me what happen.
