My brilliant, wonderful, inspiring father passed away March 2, 2025. Contending with dementia for the last number of years, we brought him to our home in LOP thinking we were going to happily take care of him after he was evacuated from our family home in Malibu during the Palisades fire. Kristen and Melissa are truly amazing people! I am very impressed! I was really surprised to see them providing care to my hospice patient who was in distress and stayed with him until he calmed down. They went above and beyond. Well I have been using Pawnies home care for over three years. I live in Alaska and my father in Northern California. The owners and girls that work there took extremely good care of him and would always check in with me and keep me up to date. It was such a relief to know every change and all the feedback. Great company to work for, that is until I got ill, and had to go on disability. They havent checked on me, they don't even contact me It has made me feel as if I have never known them, and I am still an employee, I have not heard from them in months, I haven't even received a Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas card, or heck even a Get Well card.
