The ladies at the front desk and in the emergency room, the nurses are some of the most rudest people that I’ve ever had to deal with going into the hospital facility. From the moment we walked in they gave my mom dirty looks the nurses in the back were rude, didn’t listen to her didn’t attend to her very well honestly they should be freaking fired higher new staff that’s friendly and don’t hate their jobs in their life. I recently went in for a hand injury due to glass & the service and quality of care is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. Doctor made me feel as if he was a bit too busy to properly treat my wound. I’m going into surgery in great bend tomorrow & I am just now becoming aware that there has been a huge piece of glass in my hand this entire time. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and go get a bottle of ibuprofen cause that’s all they are going to tell you to do.

The ER is a joke! Aside from some staff being very friendly, the rest act like it's an inconvenience (they don't care) to come in for medical attention. Thankfully, none of my experiences (or relatives for the matter) have been life or death situations.
