I called this company about two months ago to get my daughter an appointment to be evaluated. They said that they were going to send me a packet of paper in the mail to fill out and send back and they are going to have someone evaluate her via FaceTime or over the phone. However, I never received a packet to fill out via USPS or email and every time I try to call back to follow up the lines are busy… Thanks for the packet guys.
