This facility has made my life worse than before I started therapy which is a major reason I don’t follow up. They thrive off individuals with decent insurance. They make you feel horrible for living and are rude, inconsistent, inconsiderate, and they play nice to sell you their scam of a business. They don’t care about you. They care about labeling you and charging your insurance to continue getting money for you while pumping you full of medications after one visit.
The Case Management Services do not actually help nor are accountable they will have staff that will tell you to end your life you contact the quality services director and they make a big joke about it and laugh at you and don't resolve a single thing and don't sort anything out to help you receive adequate and sustainable services the med doctors will sit there and ignore you or prescribe you medication to make you worse so you definitely stay involved in their services for the insurance money especially if you do have ins... read more
Excellent Staff
I am a retired critical care nurse. I am extremely pleased with the knowledgeable intheir Behavioral Health departments. They have helped all the members of our family. If there are any issues with the care givers, management addresses the issues. Their personel are compassionate and put their clients first, going out of their way to meet their needs, to see their clients get the care that they need. This facility refused to work with me when I was available. No amount of explaining my availability helped. I requested call backs from supervisors which never happened. I came to you guys for assistance. Your inflexibility made it impossible to receive that help. As a medical health professional, I am appalled.
