I have epilepsy. It took me a lot of courage to make an appointment. I made sure my insurance apporoved first. The first appointment I showed up early to fill out a lot of paperwork which caused a lot of anxiety. The day the 2nd appointment was due they called canceling my appointment and telling me that they will only take my insurance if I go to their office half an hour away.
