Just received a follow up call for a crisis. The caller let the phone ring once and hung up. The caller also did not leave a message. I called back and was put on hold and the line went dead. Please take follow up crisis calls more seriously.
The professional staff and human resource department have been incredible. I have never experienced an organization that was as efficient and welcoming. I can only imagine how kind they treat clients if this is how they treat those in their employ. What a breath of fresh air this has been to move from out of state and encounter such a team. Good on the state of Kansas for taking the issue of mental health seriously and good on Pawnee for going above and beyond. I am so blessed to be joining your team.
