I took a few tools just to sell and they completely lowballed me, I understand that it’s a pawnshop and I’m not going to get amazing prices for my stuff but I literally could’ve scrapped it for what they offered and to beat it all the lady that was working had no clue what she was looking at and was very rude was very rude.
I am a frequent customer of the pawn shop.. I have numerous pawns there and you have always helped me.. but today I came in and tried to pawn something and was turned away and it was just very disturbing because always in the past I have had nothing but praise.. but today I was very disappointed.. I always pick my stuff up and it shows but I just feel like the customer service this time was not there.. hope in the future it is better and they continue the previous great service as before..
